My dAD Birthday

25th Dec 1947 ialah tarikh hari lahir my dad.. so hari nie he's exactly 60 yrs old. we all adik beradik buat BBQ kat laman umah. ade ayam bkr, ikan terubuk bakar, pari bakar n hotdog 
syok semua dpt berkumpul. I buat kek buah kukus.. mmg faveret my dad sejak dulu.. fruit cake.. tp nie 1st time buat kek utk die. hasilnya, wallaa.. tp too oily la. I guna resepidiana. mau taknya, 2.5 buku mentega golden churn tu.. huhu..
nie sempat snap mase diorang tgh bakar2 ape yg patut dibakar.

Well, nie pic agar2 rainbow, I buat mase aidil adha. ingat nak buat kek.. tp tak smpt, coz cuti raya sehari aje.. nie resepi hamek@cilok dpd bonda raqynrafiqyn..
err.. kaler jer nampak menarik, tp takde rase sgt coz nak kurg manis punya pasal.. hehek..

Hi.. da lama tak update FP nie.. sebenarnya seronok tgk FP org lain.. so sendiri punye ditinggal-tinggalkan.. 
aweqreben (er tak gedik ke guna nama nie? ahaks.. ) dulu belaja kat UPM.. altogether 6 yrs.. diploma+degree. rase lama sgt2 kat UPM, dulu in the 5th year tu mmg rase nak tercabut ah keimanan nak belaja lg. sbb that time loaded ngan assignment, test, exam, final year project lg.. tp alhamdulillah, parents byk membantu dr segi emosi dan finansi..
bile aweqreben tensi je mesti kol mak terus. walaupun yg dpt hanyalah bebelan dpd mak.. mak nye pulak baran sket.. so pas die marah2, kata nape tak blaja btl2? napa blaja last minute? napa tak tanye lecturer kalo tak paham? then mak terus letak fon.. aduhh.. bertambah tensi den, tp lega sgt psl dah report kat mak.. so kalo fail, mmg mak da expected la. but, thank god ade 1 je paper fail, tu pon fail reramai, so mintak lecturer wat retest, lulus jugak.  fuh pengalaman pahit tu, coz ssh nak tido bile tau fail. tido pun letak tgn atas dahi.. (skang ni baru tau org ade prob je tido ngan tgn atas dahi.. )
ape ye yg best kat UPM ni? hm ramai gak ask that Q.. aweqreben jwb best, sbb ade byk buah2an.. sume free.. nak ape ckp je, durian, rambutan merah, kuning, pulasan, langsat, dokong, sume leh petik kat kat belakang kolej. ptg2 pas kelas ngan kengkawan satu bilik 6org bwk satu plastik sampah hitam besar. sampai kat ladang, mak aii ramainye orgg.. kitorang berebut pokok ngan org lain. pas dpt konker pokok tu, kami pun panjat and mkn atas pokok.. then ade byk gak bwk balik bilik. teruk toll.. tak lama pastu, baru tau rupenya UPM wat jual buah2 tu.. siap ade pak guard lg bwk anjing nak gi kejau sape2 yg amek buah.. then kami dah tak buat keje tu lg. tinggal history pasal ladang pon dah dipagar.
Now dah keje nie, teringat balik zaman study dulu2, mmg rindu sgt.. dpt buat ramai kawan.. jumpa ramai org. ramai juga kwn2 satu batch dulu dah kawin dn betunang.. aweqreben? hee tungguuu...

STAR SPRINKLE

I hope it’s not too late for me to wish ‘SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI’ to all muslims around the world.. 17 Syawal 1428.. only by today I get the chance to do the ‘Puasa 6 & Puasa Ganti’.. Early Syawal was busy to fulfill the open house invitation from close relatives and friends..
During the hari raya, I managed to prepare six types of cookies, ALMOND LONDON, PINEAPPLE TARTS, CORNFLAKES CRUNCHIES, CORNFLAKES HONEY, CHOCOLATE CHIPS & MIXED FRUIT JEM TARTS.. Actually, it was my first time baking cookies.. and of course, there were ‘cacat sana sini’, but believe me, the pineapple tarts was soo lovely and delicious, till my brother ate them like eating rice!! Huh, no wonder my cookies stocks are vanished now.. hahaha.. And not to forget, I baked CARROT CHEESECAKE for 1st Syawal.. and the results.. most of the eater said delicious and unique in it’s way.. haha.. means not perfect, but has enough taste, as they all knew it was my first cake..!!
The intention to open my very own fotopages account was crossed my mind when I saw others presenting their wonderful picture of life, kids, FOOD, business (many isn’t it?) and many2 more.. so let this fotopage be my diary, to be read by my future ‘cucu-cicit’.. hehe.. 
About the pictures I posted today, is a machine made colourful star, to be sprinkle on top of cookies and cakes.. lovely, but I didn’t use them yet.. no time.. maybe soon.. and I will post here if there a chance..
By this chance, I want to thank Mamafami, Kak Hanieliza and friends, coz I had tried several of their recipes.. and taste great.. Thanks again..
